Gabriel Cozma joins Lysis Group as Head of Lysis Financial and FinTech

Lysis Group is proud to announce the appointment of Gabriel Cozma as the Head of Lysis Financial and FinTech, and a member of the Group management team, effective October 5, 2021. Gabriel is an industry recognised Financial Crime and Compliance risk specialist demonstrating the strategic vision, practical skills and know-how to drive strategic and transformational improvement and innovation across the industry.He brings extensive leadership experience and has over 20 years of experience leading financial service institutions effort to deliver effective and efficient management of Financial Crime Compliance.

As part of his role, he will have primary responsibility for strategic direction and continued growth of Lysis Financial and FinTech team and deliver practical and effective solutions to clients, in addition to supporting Lysis Group global operations. Gabriel is a champion of introducing innovation and has a keen interest in developing the Environment Social and Governance agenda. “Gabriel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this role. Working as part of the Lysis Group leadership team, he will be instrumental in developing talent, identifying growth opportunities for our business and providing exceptional service to our clients” said Jon Sweet, Lysis Group Chief Executive Officer.
