BRIEF OVERVIEW
Lysis can conduct a training needs assessment (TNA) which includes some or all of:

Multiple-choice KYC Knowledge Tests (repeatable as required)

Questionnaires and interviews with the team

Interviews with internal customers of the KYC team.
This assessment helps understand the capabilities and training needs of existing personnel for staff selection, allocation to roles and team creation/enhancement. In addition the assessment provides the quality management part of a framework to ensure that all individuals and teams are completing KYC to a consistent standard and a good level of quality.
