Paul is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Delio, a FinTech specialising in connectivity in the private markets. Paul has over 20+ years of experience in financial services and has a successful track record in finding intellectual solutions to business problems and implementing innovative technology solutions to support new businesses and process change, delivering efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. He has held senior operations positions at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Barclays, where he was Global Head of Equity and Prime Services Operations. Having spent a number of years in technology consulting (including 3 years at Lysis), he led on various regulatory initiatives and building strategic partnerships with RegTech solution providers. Prior to joining Delio, Paul was Head of Regulatory Strategy within Global Operations and Technology at BNY Mellon.
